X-TRAVAGANZA BOOKING PROCEDURE:

WELCOME TO THE X-TRAVAGANZA BOOKING PAGE!! Below follows a list of all the Scrapbooking Classes/Workshops that will be presented at the 2010 Scrapbooking X-travaganza in October DV at Park View Centre, Pretoria. REMEMBER that class fees include all Materials and Kits to be supplied! You bring only your own adhesives and tools with. More details on specific tools for the various classes will be mailed later on.

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ and FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS:

To see details of each class, move the mouse over the reference number. A popup will display the class description and cost. To book click on the class and it will be added to your personal Class Schedule (Left upper corner). Please click on RESET to cancel or change your choice. You can attend up to 15 classes maximum. You can book all the classes you choose on one Schedule and booking number. It is  possible to add on more bookings separately on another Schedule and booking number later on, Please make sure not to double book!

After you have selected all the workshops you wish to attend click the Book Now link. Please complete the on-line form, confirm your booking and follow payment instructions to finalize your booking. PLEASE NOTE: Bookings will only be finalized and confirmed after full payment.

Please also note that no booking can be changed, refunded or cancelled once payment is made! Your Booking List with Class numbers and details will automatically be mailed to you after payment. Please print and keep this confirmation and bring it with as your class entrance ticket/tickets.
